The Programme
We Get Your Business Ready For ICV Certification
Bestax certifies suppliers under the In Country Value programme, known as ICV. The programme measures your contribution to the UAE economy. It began as an ADNOC (opens in a new tab) initiative in 2018. Today it runs nationally under the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (opens in a new tab). One unified certificate is accepted across the whole network.
Certification is mandatory for suppliers to ADNOC, Mubadala, Aldar, AD Ports, EDGE, and their network entities. Your score directly affects how tenders are evaluated. A higher score means real preference when contracts are awarded. We also support groups certifying across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman, where similar programmes run.
