Obtaining the Golden Visa

The Golden Visa Dubai allows individuals to obtain long-term residency for 5 or 10 years, creating an attractive environment for business, investment, and professional growth in the UAE.

Eligibility is divided into several categories:

Eligible investors can secure this visa by meeting one of the following criteria:

Legally establish a business in the UAE with a minimum capital of AED 2 million.
Invest in an existing company as a partner with shares worth AED 2 million (loan-financed investments are not eligible).

Provide proof from the Federal Tax Authority of AED 250,000 or more in government fees annually.
Investors must also submit a valid passport and health insurance.

Applicants investing in UAE real estate can qualify if they:

Own one or more properties valued at AED 2 million or more. Following 2025/2026 updates, off-plan properties are now eligible for Golden Visa applications, provided they meet specific valuation markers and are purchased from approved developers.

Provide proof of residence through property ownership or a rental contract.
This option allows investors to benefit from long-term residency while securing property investments in the UAE.

Entrepreneurs must provide:

Approval from a UAE auditor confirming a project value of AED 500,000 or more.
Endorsement from local authorities that the project is innovative or technically advanced.
Approval from accredited UAE business incubators (e.g., AREA 2071 in Dubai, HUB71 in Abu Dhabi).

Valid passport, health insurance, and proof of residence.
