The approvals and registrations behind the work.
Accounting, tax, audit and company setup for SEDD mainland and free zone businesses, run by one team.
We are one of the chartered accountant firms in Sharjah that also holds FTA tax agency approval. The books, the tax filings and the audit file come from one team. Nothing is translated, re-entered, or lost between providers.
FTA Approved Tax Agency No. 30008692. If the authority raises a query or opens a tax audit, we represent you before them. You do not face the FTA alone.
Audit reports issued through our network of approved auditors, accepted by every UAE free zone authority, mainland licensing body and bank. We prepare the file, so the numbers already agree.
IFZA Gold Tier Partner and Meydan in the Dubai free zones, plus RAKEZ, SHAMS, Sharjah Publishing City, KIZAD and Dubai mainland. Licence, visas and first filings from one firm.
35+ qualified accountants, ACCA and ICAEW approved employer, led by an FCCA and UAE-CA. Transfer pricing and cross-border work stays in-house. Nothing is submitted on a junior’s judgment.

Very smooth and efficient service to open a freezone company. Even while sitting in canada. They are great. Highly highly recommend.

Keeps your financial records in the form UAE law expects, files your VAT and corporate tax returns, and prepares the financial statements your licence or your bank asks for. Where an audit is required, the file is prepared before the auditor starts rather than during.
Yes, alongside SEDD mainland companies. Free zone and mainland businesses face different requirements at renewal and different questions on corporate tax, and we work in both rather than fitting one into the other's shape.
It depends on how many transactions you run, how many entities there are and the state of the records. We quote after a short look at your accounts, the fee is fixed before work starts, and we tell you what is included in it.
It is common and it is fixable. We rebuild the missing periods, reconcile them and deal with the outstanding registrations or returns in the order that stops penalties accruing first. Tell us early rather than at the deadline.
Yes, and that is the point of using one firm. The books, the VAT returns, the corporate tax registration and return, and the audit file all come from the same records, so the numbers agree with each other without a reconciliation exercise between firms.
No. Most of the work happens on your accounting system and by email and call, so where your office is does not decide much. We work with businesses across the UAE, and the rules are federal in any case.
Your trade licence, your TRN if you have one, your last financial statements and access to your accounting records and bank statements. If some of that does not exist yet, say so; it changes the first step, not whether we can help.
